Lbug November 9 online meetup, call for future speakers

In these times of uncertainty and partial isolation, we would like to do our bit towards keeping the communal chin up; in this case, the community being Blender users and admirers everywhere (and we do mean everywhere - one of the silver linings of the epidemic).

For this reason, we want to revert to holding monthly early evening, 2 hour long, online meetups, starting at 1900 GMT. The next meetup will be on Monday 9th November 2020 and thereafter on the first Monday of every month. We will probably hold a more substantial meetup, involving breakout rooms to carry out group activities, once a quarter.

We will no doubt cover a variety of activities and spend some time just chewing the Blender fat. However, it would be great if we could have one (or sometimes two) member presentations around which to build the meetup programme.

So, this is a call out to all you Blender experts. The group would love to hear about your skills and experiences (which don’t have to be at the super-expert level). Please let us know if you would be prepared to share your knowledge: what topic, roughly how long a presentation and the timeframe (i.e. for which month would you be ready).
Please have a go. Presentational expertise is absolutely not a requirement; however, your knowledge, ideas and Blender passion will be eagerly received.

The Lbug team, Alex, Michael, Kevin.
