  1. why! seriously. i don't understand the purpose of this video. it's NOT a tutorial, you do not even show the bones and to me it just looks as if there should actually be more bones that's also one reason why it looks broken if you move the upper bones controller (head ring) to far in one axis. you could also work with bone constraints for that not to happen... but for a tutorial the actual bones really should be visible...
