GIMP 2.10.8 Released

The latest release of GIMP addresses several performance (especially aimed at slower hardware) and security issues. In addition:

Early support for CIE xyY colorspaces
MacOS improvements: fixing visual artefacts in the UI and better support for some non-Wacom tablets.
More accurate calculation of transparent colors.

Sadly last versions of Gimp (since 2.9) doenst work with my drawing tablet and i migrate to Krita.

      Are you on Windows? Which version? I'm thinking of starting making records, which tablets work/not work where.

  Yeah with Gimp 2.10.6 I have no pressure with a Wacom Bamboo CTH-460 on Windows 10 - while Krita is working fine.
  I also have a Wacom Intuos Pen&Touch on Ubuntu 18.04 and I'll be able to check that later and report.

Since 2.8 the addon package doesn't work anymore, both on windows and linux - and I need the resynthesizer and normal map plugins - A LOT...
