Reducing rendertimes and getting rid of noise is a hot topic right now. Here's a new video with some tips and tricks.

Today I gonna show you how I setup my scene to reduce my render time by accelerating the samples AND making them more efficient.

Link to download the result file is in the comment of the video, the other one is for my precious uber shader but it's for supporting me, it's not needed to achieve the tutorial.

It's a little bit more technical this time, so really, do not hesitate to ask some question here in the comments or elsewhere

  1. This is a very cool approach that sounds like some sort of irradiance cache, silently sneaking into Cycles.
    Now, if some Wonderful Addon Coder would take this and turn it into a Few Clicks Solution... :)
