wow *_*
another great blender tutorial.
but don't forget to take advantage of Vertex Colors, you can use them to create material masks that can be altered for per mesh. you could use each individual RGB channel for different texture masks for unlimited combinations. if your game engine supports complex Vertex Color blending shaders you could use the original tileable textures and mesh Vertex Colors to re-use the same textures and material for every similar type of object across your scene or entire game without constant repetition. plus as a bonus you can also save memory if you have many variations.
Can you bake the Specular, Normal and Diffuse? to be able to use the rocks on a Game Engine?
and if so, how?
Super! Thanks
this is amazing....thanks for sharing!
Hrmm...is it just me or is the video different now? I watched it yesterday, but came to watch it again, and now it's a demo reel video. No real worries, as I'm sure I can find it again, just seems odd.
Ah I see what happened - I had linked to a YouTube playlist instead of to the individual video.
Could you please post a screencap of your node screen at the end? Hard to read all those little nodes on youtube and I'm lost as heck.
Hey, Try switching the video to 1080p on the node setup.
