A tongue-in-cheek video by BlenderGuru. I did some of those! Did you? :)

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

didn't watch this yet, I'm saving it for tonight. I need a laugh.
LOL!
you missed "can you make a tutorial" on every single article posted on blender nations, or image posted on blender artists
Funny ! :-D
LOL, loved the ending! :D
Hehehe Yeah, I do say a lot of these things...
...scary how that last scene actually reminds me of something I also do with Blender...(not watching Sintel in bed though)...Mwahaha..
ha ha nice one Andrew!
auhauhauhauhauhauh
XD
"Blender can do that" - yes, very me.
ha ha man that was SOOO cheesy... love it... especially the cry scene at the end!!
Ha ha ha ha! Yeah.....
"Click ... and crash"
Epic ;)
I Think you can work as actor, not only on the background of the vfx effects :)
agreed! and the director
You forgot one of the most important ones, used by 2.5 a lot
"Oh there is a workaround for that!"
Very funny ! I agree with Romulo Jordao : Andrew would be a good actor !
Where is that shortcut ?
I can relate to every last one! genius!!
The end was epic!))))
Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt, had a little cry, but in the end you just have to like Blender........
Lol - "I have no idea what any of these settings do..."
...
"But it was RIGHT HERE in 2.49!"
...
"Now was that control-j or alt-j?" "Now was that shift-d or control-d?" "Now was that control-e or shift-e?" ... etc.
...
"G for grab? Who came up with that? Why not M for move, or T for Translate? Geez!"
...
"Wait... why is it all black?... Oh right! ...I Lights!" "Now, was that control-a or shift-a..."
...
The very same people who came up with the name 'Blender' in the first place, uncommon people. :D
I always figured they wanted to make the most-used hotkeys as convenient as possible, so they had to fudge a little to make them all left-handed, quick-to-click letters.
You can change it but I agree that a sensible set of defaults would make the learning process more intuitive. L for layer move would also be nice
^ ha ha, gotta love auto-markup! :-)
LOLOL love it!
"Scales....." XD
I think this is my blender life as told by Andrew Price
Blender can do that !
missing a comment and B-mesh ;-) lol
jajajaja muy bueno
I HATE this lame, overly politically correct nonsense of changing "shit" into "stuff". The meme is "Shit *insert name of group* Say". If you can't stomach that, then don't do it at all.
Right, with that rant out of the way: great video! Especially the end was funny. :-)
Why even have a problem with this? Seriously.
Swearing appeals to a small demographic of people whilst limiting the number of places it can be shown. Eg. It probably wouldn't be allowed here as all the posts also appear on blender.org. It's unlikely that you'll offend someone but not swearing, but very high that you will when you do.
Thank you for being professional, Andrew. It elevates the community and keeps it accessible to the broadest possible demographic (only very rarely are people offended by the lack of profanity).
Yeah, in future let’s refer to it as “words people excrete”.
Glad I wasn't drinking a coffee while I was watching that ... hilariously insightful. Also where did AP get that chair??? it looks damn comfortable for a render nap.
I'm going to start saying that. Render nap, priceless.
lol it's funny because just yesterday I was watching stuff VFX artist say.
mine would be "You have to use the right mouse button to select? Who does that?"
*Loved* that last scene. :P
Hey blender shop we NEED shirt and stickers:
"Blender can do that!"
Ha ha! My brother is always asking me "Could Blender do that?" when we're watching stuff with CGI scenes. Almost always my answer is a proud "Yep."
I think there is a new build that will fix that!
Demasiado bueno!
What camera was used to film this? BTW, LOL, Andrew. XD
^__^ I found myself saying "Yup.... YUP!... Yup...". Hahaha!
Hilarious :)
Good one Andy
What does this modifier do? The tool-tip will probably tell me :) ...
"Add a modifier to the active object"
...and this one?
"Add a modifier to the active object"
...what about this one?
"Add a modifier to the active object"
AAAAHHH!

"S*** [Women/Men/Married people/etc] Say" is a recurring meme on YouTube. This video didn't copy anything, but they are following the template.
he is copy the idea ;)
+ i say that just for fun
he is copy the idea ;)
maybe you learn to speak english good before you try make funny
lol I had a good laugh at that. thanks XD
"I'm gonna make a sci-fi movie, with ships and explosions..."
Seriously I think people say that regardless of blender
so Crazy........
Hey, it's me! :)
"Hmm, no shortcut? Oh... I see, just 'ctrl-shift-alt C Page Down F3 # Double Right Click stamp your feet up up down down left right left right B A + one blood-inscribed arcane summoning ritual from the necronomicon' (and it only crashes blender 70% of the time!)
For stuff Blender users say, there's also "Great work as always Andrew!"
Excellent, I laughed at various moments, please do a part 2 with some new suggestions as well
Very good idea...a custom Necronomicron interface for Blender would do well; but first get it to work on a standard game pad. I had 2.45 running on a Saitek P880 until my Windows update destroyed it, and it was the coolest thing ever.
That was so funny. Thanks for the laugh.

"I have no idea what I´m doing", I say this to myself twice a week at least :D
LOL
LOL... is this a bug... or a feature? And I did feel like crying after Sintel mistook Scales for its offspring :( (hehe...)
"I have no idea what I´m doing" ohh nice, i'm not alone :)
honestly the thing i find myself saying is 'huh... ?' accompanied with a head tilt and eyebrow raise, always torn halfway between being amazed but wary and wanting to know how exactly one of those 5 settings i tweaked gave me the magic. also.... 'fix it in post' - the holy mantra of CG.
ANDREW FOR MANGO!!!
"BlenderGuru hasn't done any new tutorials for 3 weeks," I have said that every time i visited the site. Andrew Price is awesome!
"Right, I have the cube, lets add a ground plain - cool. Now before I start modelling, texturing animation or anything else let me do a quick 360 camera fly round in full 1080p on the highest quality settings just ensure one lamp can infact light the entire scene..."
