I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.


  1. Good question. I can't believe they're focusing on research presentations while David Revoy, Jonathan Williamson, and others are presenting to PACKED rooms. Seems obvious which ones are the most attractive.

    Hopefully, they were recorded and will be available later.

  3. Where is that add-on to paint objects on the scene? :) I just heard about it but wondered before that it must be in the process (not through particle system).

  4. Guys, who knows - why more steps (more than 2) in Halo in some areas pruduce very harsh steppy "things"? Is it a bug or not?
