V-Ray/Blender Integration

vray-screenshot.jpgAndrey M. Izrantsev (aka bdancer) has started developing an integration between V-Ray and Blender. He is dividing the project into two phases; exporter and full integration. They are now at phase 1 and the exporter is ready for download.

  1. this is great... Would it be possible to create materials inside Blender and then copy the V-Ray parameters into 3DSMAX? (Or even better, export .MAT files from Blender to import in 3DSMAX, but I guess there would be propietary issues)

    I dont know what to say. I folowed exactly the tutorial about how to install and setup Vray and Blender, but when Im rendering the test file Im getting only a black image with a white square in top of the image. :( Any help will be apreciated.

  4. Nice, Renderman- and VRay-Support for Blender.
    But one Vray-license is about € 890.-!
    Or do you want to render with watermark?
