Students of the Innsbruck university have been using Blender for their course in experimental architecture this year. This Monday (January 29th)they will be presenting their work.
The event takes place at the Zukunftszentrum in Innsbruck and is hosted by Samo Korosec. Samo previously worked with the Zukunftszentrum and helped integrate Blender with their CAVE environment.

I am from Austria/Vienna but although the distance vienna-innsbruck might seem small to you (~270 miles) I cannot attend the presentation because I'll be skiing tomorrow :)
Thanks for the info, though
Hopefully they will publish pictures of their work on the internet

Sure, we'll be making photos and write a short report about how it went. :o)

Damn ... if this would have been on the weekend, I would have come! Living here in Innsbruck, so this wouldn't have been the problem!
It will be up for one week, hopefully, but the zukunftszentrum is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
I'm from lower austria but I have two exams this week an one next week monday (studying software and information engeneering at the technical university in vienna), so I have no time. And I have no car (and no driving license), so getting there would be a problem, too.
I don't live anywhere near Austria and hopefully any report will fall anywhere near the English language ;)

I' from upper austria, but I have to work and no time for visiting :-/
I'm following this with great interest! Have fun over there!
Well the CAVE system is up and running (mostly, hehe) anyway and there will be an english report. So even if any of you guys happens to come across Innsbruck later this year you're welcome.
It' there the whole year? Maybe then i can come ones...
i am from innsbruck, but doh, i missed it ...
@kries: I think the exhibit will be there for a while..
