This is Lady Maria from my favorite game Bloodborne using Real-time Eevee Render.

Character, Clothes, Skin, Shading, Lighting and Final Composite was made all inside Blender using Sculpt, Multires, Texture Projection, Simply Cloth, Particle Hair, Node Shaders in Real-time.
