what is “symmetrize”? I like this tutorial because it is fundamental to understand how to work in Blender, So thank you very much for creating this.

Yes, in this video I’ve used a blender addon called HardOps, which allows to quickly mirror like that, without having to manually add the mirror modifier

I used a mirror modifier, you can see it being added at 0:15
