add cone and sphere on top of each other
add shrinkwrap modifier on sphere with cube as target shape
click on view in edit mode to see it there [triangle]
edit mode select all scall up to fill the cone
in object click "make shape key" in Shrinkwrap modifer.
this will make a shape key from orig shape to shrink shape in "shape keys"

cube and suzzane on top of each other
    subdivide suzzane 3x, apply this
duplicate suzzane and move to the side or another layer
add shrinkwrap modifier and target the cube.
apply and add another shrinkwrap modifier, target the cube again
in edit mode, enable display modifier.
switch to local view with slash key?
select the center vertices of eyes
move this to top using portional edit tool key "O"
now move the rest of the mesh into a cube shape, use box select
scale a little to make it a perfect cube
object mode- apply shrinkwrap modifier, check that both objects have same number of verts
slect both objects suzzane first cube next in shape key select "Join as shapes"

"shape keys"- find in- object data
"enable display modifier" -find in- object data
"box select" Key O [not zero]

  2. I love this guy's tutorial style. To-the-point and no-nonsense.

I also chuckle every time I hear that voice, because I imagine it's Err of the Mooninites, giving the tutorial.

t[-_-t] "Delete the default cube, mother muchachos!"
