Racoon media has published an extended set of his stylized landscape tiles. You can use them in combination with the Tile Based Procedural Landscape/Cityscape Generator add-on (which will work with any square tile set).

These assets can be used to create elaborate and diverse procedural tile based landscapes. The possibilities are infinite, you can create beaches, massive road networks, mountainous landscapes, vast open plains, rivers and canals. Mountains roads with tunnels,… or a mix of every your imagination allows. All the tiles are square and combine without errors for a consistent style.
