ChicO says the following about his project and the website:

In this website your are able to download an open source game demo available for Linux, Macintosh and Windows.

Software's like Blender, Gimp and Audacity, can open and edit this source files.

This tools are open source can be downloaded without costs via internet. You should visit their websites for more details.

  1. That Interview with Ton also had a problem:
There already was a link on the Blender page, but it didn't show up in BN. Then, an other post replaced the Interview and a day later, the Interview was there, again. That time, correctly :)

  2. Dude thanks a lot Brian! But this is a double post, as Kram already said. Allan Brito talked about this project later.

No problem if you erase this post ;).

Bye, and again thank you very much. :)

  3. sorry to bang on about this, but again this site use flash for it's main navgation making it impossible for those using 64bit linux to navigate without a lot of buggerig around...

  4. Flash on Linux still has problems, for instance for those of us that use Jack, either flash won't work or can't access the sound device, or crashes firefox.

Since Jack is running pretty much non-stop on my workstation because I do audio, it gets a bit annoying at times to find sites that crash firefox on it;) That being said I see nothing on the navigation bar that couldn't be done in straight CSS, and there are a few places on your site that might benefit from straight CSS layout to stay standards compliant.

  5. This is the problem I'm having...

I'm going to set up a dual boot on my laptop, which, due to a mobo failure on my desktop, is now my main machine, with a 32bit install of Kubuntu, just for surfing the web and a couple of other bits and bobs that don't work under 64bit. It's just finding the time that is the problem, time installing is time that I could be learning new aspects of Blender :P

  6. PS

Fransisco, I am a webdesigner in my day job and I totally empathize with you about the whole standards compliance thing, I work for a multi million pound company and we have multiple machines with multiple different browsers and OS's to test on and we still miss stuff and sometimes have to just bodge things to run OK on most browsers, it doesn't help that there are no 100% standards compliant browsers out there, period. Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh but Iam just cranky cause I just had an operation on my shoulder which means I have to do everything with just one hand!!

  7. Some good web design sites out there that shows good techniques are "A List Apart," and "HTML Dog". Very nice websites. Found out about them by reading the source code to another web site, in one of the comments.

I use the Suckerfish dropdowns in my site now, but I haven't uploaded the new version of my site to the net yet.
