I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. $23.95 extra for Shipping on Nostarch to the uk, ummm! £5.95 on Amazon, thank you very much, but no free ebook for me. oh well! im happy:)

  2. I am just enjoying the sample chapter available at the website. I find it extremely clear and well written. Good job on your book!

    • I love replying to myself. I got mine too. Plus I have the ebook for my iPad. I love the ebook. One really nice thing is that the illustrations can be expanded to the full screen size of the iPad, making them really easy to see. The book is a little too advanced for me, but maybe it will raise me up a bit.

  3. I recieved the book yesterday. My first impression is that it has covered a lot of things beyond the beginner level. Also the images in the book are very clear and in full color.
