I am just enjoying the sample chapter available at the website. I find it extremely clear and well written. Good job on your book!
After looking through the sample chapter on the No Starch website, if preordered it already in the Blender e-store.
Here's Ben in the Gecko offices this morning with the first copies of the book!!! http://t.co/vF9XXa6vMJ
I would buy it from the Blender e-shop, if i were to buy it, because that way i would also support the blender foundation.
Thank you, I ordered it immediately
I love replying to myself. I got mine too. Plus I have the ebook for my iPad. I love the ebook. One really nice thing is that the illustrations can be expanded to the full screen size of the iPad, making them really easy to see. The book is a little too advanced for me, but maybe it will raise me up a bit.
I recieved the book yesterday. My first impression is that it has covered a lot of things beyond the beginner level. Also the images in the book are very clear and in full color.
