Animator Daniel Martinez Lara has moved on from rigging a leg in Blender to rigging a complete character, and he’s offering the first results of his work for download.
Daniel writes:
This is my first character rig in blender, named “Red-Nelb”, is free to use it but currently is in version 0.4, which means that:
- it´s not ready for production
- it misses some standard features like Fk in Arm/Leg (now only IK), stretchy,
- etc..
In fact, I´m working in a completely rebuild of Arms and Legs. So, use at your Risk!
“Red-Nelb” is a excuse to test and implement rigging concepts, in this version the focus is in to use the minimum controls in viewport without lost functionality.
