This is a very beautiful and natural real picture! Have you rendered this Image with Cycles?
Wow. Nice render. Everything besides the flowers looks really good. The flowers need some translucency and the colours should be less milky.

Not everyone has real living plants in their house. Looks like a perfect fake flower. Whether that was the intended effect or not, good job.
