I am a creative and 3D pioneer inspired by the shorts of John Lassetter in the 80s. It all started with the legendary Amiga 1000. I have strong experience in animation and compositing for over 30 years. As the founder and president of Virtual Republic, I am very experienced with strategic, financial, and personnel management for over 20 years. I understand the advertisement and film business very well and the needs of my clients. With the skills of my team I have built up a strong shot- and asset-based production pipeline. Short summary: I am an open-minded all-in-one professional with a strong background and experience. Since 2017 I am a professor and vice dean for Digital Film Design – Animation/VFX at the Mediasdesign University at location Duesseldorf.
