Get add-ons directly in Blender with BlenderKit

BlenderKit is an ever-growing 3D asset library integrated into Blender. Recently, the library was expanded to include free and paid add-ons. The aim is to offer users a selection of high-quality tools while supporting creators through a fair commission rate and the unique opportunity to earn money with their free add-ons.

Thanks to a new exciting feature, users can now find and install their add-ons directly in Blender. To celebrate, BlenderKit is offering a 15% discount on all paid add-ons!

How to start?

  1. If you haven’t already, download and install BlenderKit for free.
  2. In Blender, log in to BlenderKit in the side panel of the 3D view.
  3. Go to the Search bar to switch the asset type to add-on.
  4. Filter by category and check pricing.
  5. If your desired add-on is free, drag and drop to install it. If it is a paid add-on, you will be directed to the BlenderKit website for a quick and safe purchase before installing in Blender.
  6. Choose if to install the add-on permanently or temporarily (for one session). If you only use the add-on occasionally, we recommend the second option to avoid cluttering the UI.
  7. To disable or uninstall, click on the add-on and pick an option from the menu.
