You must be using the wrong setting on YouTube. YouTube recently came out with a new “Auto Track” Setting, where it auto generates a translated voice. Its basically a text to speech in other languages. YouTube must have changed the language on your end. You should be able to change it back by clicking on the gear icon, and change the auto track back to: English (United States) Original. Hope this helps.
