Calvin Serrano presents his on-line digital creative school ‘Calver’. He offers a very interesting mix of on-line activities, livestreams, feedback sessions, courses and more.
Welcome to Calver, the online school for DIGITAL CREATIVES. I’m very excited to be able to present my online school for digital creativity to you. Hopefully you like my interactive approach to teaching and join it. It’s free to join, with some optional payed features.
We have live streamed, interactive classes every weekday. Most of them revolve around Blender as the main tool, but we are also teaching a lot of other tools that help you to create digital art.
- 🌈 Create Together: In these daily live streams I will go over student submissions to give feedback on their work and get hands on with their projects by opening the project files and demonstrate possible improvements.
- 🛠️ New Tool Tuesday: In this weekly live stream I will present and learn new software or tool.
- 💼 Professional Friday: I will interview a prominent person in the creative field to give insight into the industry.
- 💎Project: These are the live streams where I work on client projects. These will happen irregular before the daily live streams.
- ✂️🔥 Resolve & Fusion Beginner Course: Once a month I will teach the basics of editing and VFX in Resolve & Fusion in a interactive way, since these tools are a essential part of my workflow.
- 🧊 Blender 3D Beginner Course: Once a month I will teach the Blender basics for 3D animation.
- 🎓Workshop: I am planning on having a workshop every week about a specialized topic for the more advanced community members. Like compositing 3D renders from Blender in Fusion or explaining the ACES workflow.
You will learn to use the up and coming tools for digital creation.
Most schools teach the industry standards, but in our rapidly evolving times many standard tools fall behind in capability and relevance.
Our approach is much more adaptive and modern, so you can learn the most current workflows and technologies to stay on top of the game and offer unique solutions to problems.
