Akikiart shares this interactive sunflower generator, built in geometry nodes. It lets you draw a curve for the main shape, and control the amount of leaves, pedals etc.

Features:

  • Generate geometry that resembles a sunflower along any curve
  • Change the quantity and location of leaves along the stem
  • Restrict pedals & leaves to planes for better performance
  • Animate the sunflowers with the decay & dance parameters
  • Procedural shaders included within .blend file.
