Geometry Nodes Based, Interactive Tree Growing with Easy Tree Generator

0

Washington Filho presents a new interactive tree generator for Blender that's fully geometry nodes based.

After a while trying different ways of creating trees and plants, I figured I should create a definitive way of doing this using Blender Geometry Nodes.

My goal was deliver a system that could give to me all flexibility to produce lots of species. I wanted to see a picture of a tree or a plant and have a system that could make me achieve the closest look. That is how, after doing and re-doing things, nodes and set-ups, It brings me to Easy Tree Generator.

This product was created from all my heart, so I aknowledge there is a lot to be improved, but the way It is now is already really good enough for the first version, because all was settled up for best and easier artistic experience.

If you know Easy Plant Scatter (link bellow), I must tell you all plants there were created with this tool, so Its very self explanatory what the tool is capable of.

The tutorial is coming soon!

You can find Easy Tree Generator on the Blender Market and on Gumroad.

Lots of plans for future updates, so stay tune and happy Blending!
