Minhaz Mehedi offers a free foliage asset pack for Blender.

It includes:

1.Bamboo textured mesh (animated)
2.leafy undergrowth
3.flowering undergrowth
4.rock instances
5.sticks instances
6.dead bamboo leaf instances
7.ground material
8.lily textured mesh

The bamboo animation is made with modifiers, hence easily changeable as shown
and the under growth is animated as well.
