how to install it in blender 3.5
You don't actually install it. Just unzip the file into a valid asset directory on your computer.
I should have added, the lights will then show up in your asset browser.
There is no 'assets.cats.txt' file associated, so it's not showing up in the browser. They append just fine, tho.
