Endless Engines 3D challenge 3rd place winner submission.
Behind the scenes in the video, I hope you find it interesting.
After the sneak projectile attack, the enemy ship reveals itself from the clouds it was hidden to deal the death blow. Only a few seconds left for our heroine to escape with her land-air combat robot.
The design of the robot based on cheetah anatomy, has the agility and speed to escape the deck engulfed by flames. Right when the enemy missiles are about to blow up the ship to pieces the pilot transforms her robot into flight-attack modality, helping her escape and avenge her fallen comrades.
That's Awesome! So many things happening in such a small amount of time.
Also a wonderfull "making off".
Congratulations Donald Costa!
Could you tell us a little bit more about the context in which you did this work of art?
Thank you for sharing this!
You guys should also post a a montage of the BTS of many users who used Blender for this challenge. There were a lot of them in the top 100 and the winner of the whole competition used blender for his project as well (Fabricio Moraes) and also has some BTS of the whole thing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9z35i6bKQHQ) . Anyway, it's great to see Blender used throughout this competition and that with great skills, one can make a clear statement that blender has everything you need to make a great production.
