Yes, you can sculpt Grease Pencil strokes! Sculpt Auto-Masking is greatly improved in Blender 3.5. In this release it is a global Sculpt setting as was requested by many artists, two new options were added and a new Pie menu was created just for this feature. In the following video learn how Auto-Masking works and how to combine options to isolate the strokes you want to deform for more precise sculpting.
