The passion and commitment of the indefatigable minds behind Blender go beyond the development and maintaining of the open-source DCC, and overflows into amazing, community-centered (of course) side projects that hope to redefine the shape of the animation industry into a healthier one. Pablo Vazquez and Francesco Siddi joined forces to develop and launch anima.to, a website inviting all animators to share their reels and work, study the work of veterans, look for jobs, and more all in a stress-free environment.
I've been working on this side project with @PabloVazquez_ for a while. Here it is: our tribute to the animation community! If you are an animator looking for a place to share your work, find inspiration or a job, check out https://t.co/wJ5TGWdS6c #animation https://t.co/2rYbWG5w9e

Check out this thread by Pablo for more information on the birth of anima.to and the driving force behind it:
It's 2020 and there is not a place in the Internet where animators can share their demo reels.
That's what @fsiddi and I concluded back then after endlessly browsing the web, so we built one!
