Simple UI Tweaks you'll love

In this video, I shared some simple tweaks you can do to the blender interface and navigation.
I find they make my experience working in Blender much more pleasant.

These changes to the interface are "safe". They won't interfere with your work or ruin your existing .blend files. Nevertheless, I advise you to keep track of what you're changing so that you can revert the changes, should you need to.

  1. I first thought "oh, a preset tutorial - that´s not very exciting". But some of your tips were exactly what I was looking for (Zoom to cursor, rotate selection, Mode-select Pie menu with tab etc.). With this settings blender behaves way more like it should (for me). Also changing the presets in the startup file will hopefully help me to avoid some errors I did over an over again when setting up a new scene (transparency on, 25#, Cylces GPU rendering). Thank you!
