Vortex - Enhance fluid simulations

I'd like to introduce BlenderNation's users to the Vortex addon. Vortex adds high-resolution detail on top of low resolution fluids simulations. This improves simulation speed tremendously, by running it at a much lower fluid-resolution, but getting just as good of a result.
