I love Blender...
And I love the Cloth Dynamics in it. Compared to some other software, the actual controls are not overwhelming but despite this the results are equally as impressive as other packages.
In this particular tutorial, we are going to make a flag. I could use any flag, of course, but because of the atrocities occurring in Eastern Europe and as a way to present my opinion towards it I decided it would be appropriate to texture it with the Ukraine flag.
I'm not a political person. I do not like even getting involved in office politics, but I cannot stand by and watch emotionless as to what is happening in Ukraine. War is not a solution to anything. Peace and understanding are the only ways to move forwards. Until it does, all we can do is get as much aid as we can to the Ukrainian people and help them beat back the forces that are invading their territory.
In the words of their National Anthem:
Ukraine is not yet dead, nor its glory and freedom,
Luck will still smile on us brother-Ukrainians.
Our enemies will die, as the dew does in the sunshine,
and we, too, brothers, we'll live happily in our land. Please send help by contacting the Red Cross or find a local support site that is better for you.
Take care and stay safe.

Nice! Great work!
Thanks for your support of Ukraine. It's important, we have to stop this war!!!
I also love Blender, but currently I can't even to run Blender and think about 3D modelling, cuz all thoughts about this f***ing war. Grief is coming across my country. #StopWar #NoWar #НетВойне
Looks very good, quite surprised.
It a really robust cloth simulator in Blender. The rest is down to geometry level and tweaking. As always, you tweak one control at a time to see what happens, if it makes a horrible shape, you undo and so on. Increase the geometry before you sim and your cloth may take a while to calculate, but the results can be wonderful.
