Interesting add on...
Thing that are "kind of hard" to do in Blender are Particles trail and particles within particles.
If this addon was really able to do it,... i would go for it.
But it's already good.
this particle addon is in the first phase, it will be updated with aversion, ultimate that will have all those features you have talked about
