It seems like the Geometry Nodes system is now getting a powerful new node every other day thanks to the persistent efforts of its developers and contributors. This latest one is the "String to Curves" node by Erik Abrahamsson, which has just been committed and is now in found in the latest master builds.

This new node casually ushers in a new era of procedural and dynamic text manipulation in Blender, a workflow that was not present before. It also unlocks the full power of Geometry Nodes when it comes to text editing, and promises a huge boost for Text Mograph applications.
