Use Any Photo To Carve A Pumpkin

0

Joey Carlino writes:

In this one I go over a few methods of carving shapes out of objects:

  • Using the knife tool to cut custom shapes destructively
  • Using SVG files and the boolean modifier
  • Using any image like a heightmap, conforming it to your object, and using the boolean modifier to cut it out

I use a pumpkin for all these examples, but the methods could be used in many different situations.

Enjoy!
