Unreal Engine 5 Beginner Tutorial for Blender Users!

2

Unreal_Sensei writes:

Hello! I just released an Unreal Engine 5 Beginner Tutorial designed for Blender users. We will go over the fundamentals of Unreal Engine 5 but with an emphasis on how they are similar and different to Blender.

Since this video is made for Blender users we will assume a basic knowledge of 3D graphics, so we can skip the boring stuff and go straight into the art!

The most important aspect of this tutorial is the process of bringing objects and materials created in Blender into Unreal, so that all your assets already in Blender can be used within Unreal Engine. We will also cover UE5's cutting edge features such as Lumen and Nanite.

What you will learn:

  • Navigation
  • Level Creation
  • Materials
  • Importing Blender Creations
  • Lighting with LUMEN
  • Realistic Lighting for Archviz
  • Landscaping
  • Foliage
  • Manipulate NANITE Megascans
  • Open World Lighting
  • HDRI Materials
  • Virtual Texture Blending
