Grease Pencil Gets "Select Random" and "Define Caps Type" features

The Grease Pencil development team is on a constant mission to perfect the eponymous toolset which is still blowing minds all over with its versatility and power. The latest commits to master are one more step towards this goal, with the addition of the "Select Random" operator as well as the "Define Caps Type" brush option.

The Select Random operator works like its mesh counterpart, with the added benefit of having a panel to change the seed and the selection coverage in real-time. The Define Caps Type tool is pretty self-explanatory, with it giving the ability to change the cap type on brush strokes.
