While I really recommend to check out the exhaustive and impressive work done by Francesco Siddi on the Blender.org blog post, here is a quick rundown of the major stats revealed in it:
- The Blender.org website has grown by 35%, accumulating a total of 23 million unique visitors in 2020.
- Blender has been downloaded a total of 14 million times over four releases in 2020 from the Blender.org website, marking an over 30% increase across all platforms.
- The development fund donations are up by 10%.
- Blender has seen an unprecedented 108 new contributors, while still managing to retain it's industry leading response and resolution time.
