Spreadsheet Editor Gets Filtering Feature

Prolific Blender developer Hans Goudey (who is doing wonders on the Geometry Nodes project among other things) has committed a patch adding a filtering feature to the budding yet powerful spreadsheet editor.

The patch adds the ability to use rules and values to filter the rows of the spreadsheet and is applicable to any attribute data source. It's accessible via the N menu on the spreadsheet editor.

This is the initial implementation of the filtering feature, with more work being planned to enable a "range" filtering feature as well as a "Visible column search" feature.
