LineArt Performance Improvements

Blender’s performance improvement spree this week extends beyond the realm of mesh editing, with LineArt author YimingWu constantly working on updating the performance of the NPR modifier, which has already gone a long way since its release in Blender 2.93.
This code is in master now. Line art loading time now about 20-25% of original on my machine. #b3d #npr https://t.co/apiTNK8lcL

His latest commit makes LineArt mesh loading multithreaded, increasing loading speeds anywhere between 20 to 50%! This translates into a total performance increase of around 5%, which when stacked on top of all the other LineArt performance improvements makes a significant difference over its initial release in Blender 2.93.
