Blender's performance improvement spree this week extends beyond the realm of mesh editing, with LineArt author YimingWu constantly working on updating the performance of the NPR modifier, which has already gone a long way since its release in Blender 2.93.
This code is in master now. Line art loading time now about 20-25% of original on my machine. #b3d #npr https://t.co/apiTNK8lcL

His latest commit makes LineArt mesh loading multithreaded, increasing loading speeds anywhere between 20 to 50%! This translates into a total performance increase of around 5%, which when stacked on top of all the other LineArt performance improvements makes a significant difference over its initial release in Blender 2.93.
