How I made this 3D grease pencil painting

Hello! I'm an illustrator who fell in love with 3D art when I found grease pencil. For my newest personal project, I wanted to recreate an illustration I made in 2019.

Here are the two versions side by side:

BUT WAIT!

The new version also has some animated elements. The leaves blowing in the wind, the tree-wolf's tail losing its leaves, Red Riding Hood climbing the mountain... now these are all things I could bring to life, thanks to Blender.

In it, I go through all 26 Blend files I saved throughout the process of making this piece, explaining the changes I made in each of them, and the different techniques I use.

What I hope to do with my channel is share my grease pencil tricks and get others excited about the possibilities with grease pencil. Thanks for checking it out!
