New and Improved Pose Breakdowner and Sliding Tools in Blender 3.0

Christoph Lendenfeld's improvements to the Pose Breakdowner and pose sliding tools have just landed in master, to the tune of collective screams of excitement of thousand of Blender animators!

Has Christoph puts it, the "In-Betweens" tools have been improved, with them all now using the same new sliding tool.

The new sliding tool gives visual feedback to the blending/pushing percentage applied between the poses, and the sliding tool can be controlled in precision mode by holding shift or increments of 10% by holding control.
