Ubisoft’s Mixer Real-Time Collaboration Add-on V1.0 Released

“Mixer” is a real-time collaborative work add-on developed by Ubisoft Animation Studios. Since we last reported on it back in August 2020, the now feature-rich add-on has come out of Alpha and has added Blender 2.92 support.

The Ubisoft Mixer 1.0 release includes Blender armature support. So you and your peers can edit collaboratively with a scene and your character doesn't get lost on the other client. ???

This latest release includes armature and geometry nodes support, which round up the other features that addon has accumulated since our last post, including synchronization of animation data and scene annotations.
