New Bézier Stroke Type Coming to Grease Pencil

3

Legend has it the Grease Pencil team won't rest until achieving total world domination, and they are well on their way with this newest feature unveiled by Falk David: Bézier Stroke type, to allow for a curve-based workflow in all areas of Grease Pencil.

Stroke types are meant to be interchangeable between poly and bézier. Bézier strokes can be sculpted, edited, and even rigged, with full feature parity with poly strokes being planned.

    • You can create Bézier curves in blender by adding a curves object in the 3D modeling window and in the movie clip editor for masking.
