I got my hands on 24 GB GPU so I decided to try Using Blender to see how big a resolution I can Render in Eevee , While filing the scene nicely in terms of polygon count , and still get nice render times. The Animation was rendered at 4200X2600, the render time for 1 frame is around 30 seconds.

The final image was rendered 12K.
