Parth Shukla writes:

A silent original animated short story made by Parth Shukla.

This is my first production of this type. further projects are also being composed.
Rendered on Blender's Evee render engine.

Story, character and concepts are original and may resemble with another production purely coincidentally.

sorry but really got lost in the message. some shots didnt make sense, atleast not to me. like half way through we see the chiold for a split second, like 1/10 of a second, the viewer cant even see what it is.

I see lots of effort is putten into this, perhaps polish it a bit more.

  2. I don't really know what the story was, except in a general way, but despite this, I felt your presentation was very effective and showed a great sympathy for the subject, and this, after all, is what is most important. Whatever technical flaws there might have been, the story line and visual conception were so strong that I didn't notice them.

  3. You show promise. Nice use of EEVEE, an appealing theme and good heart. Some suggestions: I didn't really understand the story either. I think the silence was a good idea but suggest lose the title cards and tell it so it makes sense visually. Some shots were composed well, but others weren't and it was hard to make sense spatially what was happening. Suggest more attention to camerawork, the 180 rule and the classic left to right out, right to left back. Good luck!

I thought your film was beautiful - sure, it's mysterious and invokes many questions but, for me, that's the whole point of poems - your film seems like a poem - in time perhaps you'll develop technical skills to the point that nuts-and-bolts viewers don't comment on them, but I hope along the way you don't lose your sense of beauty, cosmos and the power of silence - your lead character's face conveyed powerful emotions with the barest animations - such a strong and human topic to make a film about, it required understatement, sensitivity and grace and you achieved that - I look forward to your next film
