Hey, I was going to submit this myself but you saved me the work. Thanks! :)
Thank you for this superb list with great (rigging) tutors. I like to add, on Udemy there are three more great courses. They are paid courses. But Udemy has regularly big rebates (when its needed).
Mastering Drivers in Blender 3D (2.7) Brilliant and fun. Learn powerful tools to make your objects dynamic and automatic without having to write code – by Gustav Nilsson
Ace Rigging Vehicles in Blender (2.9). Rig Cars, Trucks, Tracks and Wings within Blender for Animation – by Kurtis Chamberlain
The Blender 2.8 Encyclopedia (drivers, constraints, rigging tools – amongst all Blender things)
Complete beginner-to-advanced guide for Blender 2.8 and 2.9 – by Lee Salvemini, Chris Plush, CG Masters
