Blender Analytics - Keep your Blender related New Year's resolution!

defenderblender writes:

Manage to keep your New Year's resolution to do more with Blender. Analyze your Blender behavior.

You want to spend more time with Blender and know how long you use Blender every day?
With Blender Analytics, my newest free Add-On, you can see how long you use Blender in real-time.
Motivate yourself to reach your goals. Use Blender Analytics.

And if a very useful Addon isn't enough already (the Author has been using it for a few days and already couldn't live without it), this Addon has a very Community related Bonus Feature: The Default Cube Cemetery.

If you've been part of the Blender community for a while, you know the unwritten rule that you always delete your default cube and then add a new one. There are hundreds of memes on YouTube and Instagram about this. That's why it was urgent to make an addon that counts how many default cubes you have deleted.

I wish you all a happy new year,
Blender Defender

About Author

My goal is to declare Blender as good as even possible and make Tutorials, that you don't just follow along but after which you know what the settings do and you can change them to your own benefit. (sadly, I can't upload such tutorials yet, but I am working on them) I also produce quick tip videos for you, so that you can pick up very important knowledge you need to know quickly.

  1. Oh awesome add-on! If you install Blender from Steam, it also tracks time you've spent using the app, in an inferior and more public/social way though (I'm not fond of using it from Steam myself though).
That cube cemetery is a pretty cool idea as well :D

    • Thank you :D
Since most people aren't using Blender on Steam, this addon is helpful to bring time-tracking to everyone. Fun-Fact: This addon actually started up from the Default Cube Cemetry, but then I had the idea to implement a time analysis feature for self-motivation and then the Default Cube Cemetry became a funny bonus feature.
