In this Blender tutorial for beginners you will learn how to make a 2D character face rig in Inkscape 1.0 and import the rig into Blender 2.9 where you will animate the face rig.

We will begin by making the 2D face rig in Inkscape 1.0.
Then, we make the face of the character.
Next, we make the character's face.
We then make the character's hair, ears, and neck.
We will then import the SVG character into Blender 2.9.
Then, we set up the lighting.
Next, we set up the character for animation.
We then add keyframes to produce the animation.
Lastly, we will render the animation.
