Console Toggler Add-on (Windows only)

What’s wrong with assigning a shortcut through right click menu??
Downloading, installing and enabling this addon is like… 100x more effort than simply making two mouse clicks :)))
this addon is only for easy workflow. shortcut key will only work inside blender and our console is a part of window.so to open the console shortcut will work and to close we need to do it with the menu itself. so i have added the button on header.
And offcourse this is my very first addon ;-)))
give me some ideas to make new addons. i’m out of ideas:)))
